چکیده

Background: Human Leukocyte Antigen (HLA) is highly polymorphic and it commonly used as a marker for core population genital aspects such human migration, predisposition to diseases in tissue transplantation compatibility. Methodology: For our study authors have taken up sample size of 86 meta- analysis high-resolution frequency data the HLA allele. North Indian patients from tertiary centre were analyzed identification HLA-A, B, C, DRB1 DQB1 alleles by sing serological molecular typing techniques. A plethora known identified at different loci e.g., 18, B 36, C 5, 28 8. This focusing on frequencies their homozygosity heterozygosity been reported, but living Delhi, Haryana, Uttarakhand , Uttar Pradesh, Punjab Himachal are reported here characterized. Allele using Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium. Results: was observed 96.51% individuals locus 97.67% HLA-B HLA-DRB1,overallheterozygosity all three 89.5% (77/86 individuals). Among showing (9 individuals), two showed loci. Conclusion: The increased class 1 2 associated with selective advantage against infectious diseases. phenotypic B*35 (B*35:01, B*35:03 B*35:08) 31.39%. Comparable allele (27.5%) north patients.

Copy Number Variation across European Populations

Genome analysis provides a powerful approach to test for evidence of genetic variation within and between geographical regions and local populations. Copy number variants which comprise insertions, deletions and duplications of genomic sequence provide one such convenient and informative source. Here, we investigate copy number variants from genome wide scans of single nucleotide polymorphisms ...

Analysing Entity Type Variation across Biomedical Subdomains

Previous studies have shown that various biomedical subdomains have lexical, syntactic, semantic and discourse structure variations. It is essential to recognise such differences to understand that biomedical natural language processing tools, such as named entity recognisers, that work well on some subdomains may not work as well on others. In this paper, we investigate the pairwise similarity...

Demography and ecology drive variation in cooperation across human populations.

Recent studies argue that cross-cultural variation in human cooperation supports cultural group selection models of the evolution of large-scale cooperation. However, these studies confound cultural and environmental differences between populations by predominantly sampling one population per society. Here, we test the hypothesis that behavioral variation between populations is driven by enviro...

Variation in a Host–Parasitoid Interaction across Independent Populations

Antagonistic relationships between parasitoids and their insect hosts involve multiple traits and are shaped by their ecological and evolutionary context. The parasitoid wasp Cotesia melitaearum and its host butterfly Melitaea cinxia occur in several locations around the Baltic sea, with differences in landscape structure, population sizes and the histories of the populations. We compared the v...

Extensive Copy-Number Variation of Young Genes across Stickleback Populations

Duplicate genes emerge as copy-number variations (CNVs) at the population level, and remain copy-number polymorphic until they are fixed or lost. The successful establishment of such structural polymorphisms in the genome plays an important role in evolution by promoting genetic diversity, complexity and innovation. To characterize the early evolutionary stages of duplicate genes and their pote...
